Angela Kang Hypes The Walking Dead Season 9

An important 9th season is upon The Walking Dead, one that may make or break the future of the show which has seen fans tune out over the past few years.

With new showrunner Angela Kang, AMC is hyping up the new season in a new behind-the-scene feature where Kang claims “we’re really looking at the start of the a new chapter of the show” and says that “we are going into a period where a lot of the things that we’ve seen in previous seasons have broken down, so they’ve got these horses and carriages that are being drawn around instead of cars. The series returns on October 7th.

True Detective Season 3 Trailer Unveiled

For fans of the HBO series ‘True Detective’ moving on to a season 3 is good news, as it takes the series, and fans further away from the underwhelming Season 2 which didn’t seem to connect with viewers close to the way that Season 1 did.

“Season 3 tells the story of a macabre crime in the heart of the Ozarks, and a mystery that deepens over decades and plays out in three separate time periods.”

The description alone will remind many of the story in Season 1, and may be what the HBO series needs to get back on track.

Starring Mahershala Ali, Scoot McNairy, Stephen Dorff, Carmen Ejogo, Mamie Gummer, Rhys Wakefield, Ray Fisher, Sarah Gadon, Emily Nelson, Michael Greyeyes, Brandon Flynn, Michael Graziadei and Jon Tenney, the new season arrives in January 2019.
