FOX Cancels “Lucifer” After Three Seasons

FOX has been making a sweeping number of changes in the past few days, axing shows such as ‘The Last Man on Earth’, ‘Brooklyn 99′ and “The Mick’, and now the ax falls on ‘Lucifer’.

Despite some fairly strong ratings, the numbers dipped below 3 million viewers after starting the season with 4 million watchers.

Tom Ellis, who played Lucifier in the series tweeted that, “It has been the most amazing experience over the past 3 years playing Lucifer and falling in love with you, the fans. It fills me with great sadness to confirm the rumours that some of you have been asking. Fox has indeed cancelled #lucifer I’m so sorry guys. #gutted

AMC Drops Trailer for New Series ‘NOS4A2’

During the return of ‘The Walking Dead’ fans were treated to a sneak peek of AMC’s new supernatural horror series, ‘NOS4A2’ based on the book by Joe Hill.

Ashleigh Cummings and Zachary Quinto star in the series, with it’s pilot se to premier at the upcoming SXSW Film Festival.

Danai Gurira Reportedly Leaving ‘The Walking Dead’

AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead’ may be losing yet another major character as ratings continue to decline in the 10th season.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Danai Gurira, who plays Michonne, is preparing to leave following the conclusion of Season 10.

Per the report: “Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that Gurira, who officially joined the series in season three as iconic katana-wielding badass Michonne, has signed a deal to return for her final season of the zombie drama. Under her new deal, Gurira will return in a limited capacity — described as only a handful of episodes — that will be interspersed throughout season 10.”

This is another major blow for the show as they have lost both
Andrew “Rick Grimes” Lincoln and Lauren “Maggie” Cohan recently as well.

Emma Roberts to Return to ‘American Horror Story’ in Season 9

Emma Roberts will be returning to the cast of ‘American Horror Story’ for season 9, according to E Online.

Gus Kenworthy has also been announced to be joining the series, and the Olympian will be playing Roberts’ boyfriend.

Ryan Murphy took to Instagram with the following statement:

“That special moment when you realize you have an Olympic medal AND will be playing Emma Roberts’ boyfriend on American Horror Story Season 9,” Murphy posted.

As of this writing, it is not clear what the premise for season 9 will be or when the premier date is.
