An off-duty FBI agent is in some hot water after he accidentally shot someone while he was dancing at a night club, according to TMZ.
The agent, who was partying it up at Mile High Spirits in Denver, Colorado, dropped his gun on the floor when he was doing a backflip.
While trying to pickup the firearm, the gun accidentally went off and fired a round, hitting one man in the leg, sending him on a trip to the hospital.
The unidentified agent was taken to police headquarters and eventually released to an FBI supervisor
