Mexico just got some help on it’s quest for a World Cup victory.
Antonio Vazquez, better known as “El Brujo Mayor,” flanked by 2 priestesses, invoked the plumed serpent god Quetzalcoatl to help boost team Mexico as they play in the World Cup, to at least the quarter-finals, according to the New Straits Times.
“Give me all your force and power to break through heaven’s doors, let Mexico reach the fifth match. Quetzalcoatl, let it be so,” the “Grand Warlock” said.
“We will at the very least have a 0-0 draw, or a 1-0 win for Mexico,” he said, ahead of Mexico’s match against Germany, a team they have never beaten in the tournament.
El Brujo is known for making his sports and political predictions, and is also known for changing them too.
Hopefully, he stays the course this time, Mexico needs all the help they can get.
