With a ton of promising horror flicks arriving this year, fans will certainly be busy heading to theaters and sifting through their options on VOD, but a new Nicolas Cage film may steal the show.
Mandy stars Nicolas Cage as a lumberjack who goes on a bloody rampage after a cult abducts his wife Mandy (Andrea Riseborough).
Per the synopsis:
Outsiders Red Miller and Mandy Bloom lead a loving and peaceful existence. When their pine-scented haven is savagely destroyed by a cult led by the sadistic Jeremiah Sand, Red is catapulted into a phantasmagoric journey filled with bloody vengeance and laced with fire.
Directed by Panos Cosmatos and starring Nicolas Cage, Andrea Riseborough, Linus Roache, Ned Dennehy, Olwen Fouéré with Richard Brake and Bill Duke.
