WB Shuts Down Production on ‘Swamp Thing’, DC Universe Drops Trailer

Warner Bros. reportedly has shut down production on James Wan’s ‘Swamp Thing’ effectively trimming 3 episodes (down to 10 in total) of the upcoming series, according to Star News Online.

“I’m beyond sad. What a terrible decision” series star Virginia Madsen said in an Instagram post, essentially confirming the news. “We have been cut to the core by those who have never set foot into the Swamp.”

The series is set to premier on May 31st, and although the news is a bit disappointing, DC Universe has responded by dropping a trailer.
