Halloween wouldn’t be the same without ‘Spirit’ which has become a staple for the Halloween season for their seasonal stores that provide a ton of Halloween essentials to get fans ready for the season.
But now, the store chain is ringing in the Halloween horror season in a new way, with a brand new movie set to drop on VOD platforms on October 11th, directed by David Poag and starring Christopher Lloyd and Rachel Leigh Cook. The films arrives courtesy of Strike Back Studios, Hideout Pictures and Particular Crowd.
According to the official synopsis: “When a new Spirit Halloween store appears in a deserted strip mall, three middle-school friends who think they’ve outgrown trick-or-treating make a dare to spend the night locked inside the store Halloween night. But they soon find out that the store is haunted by an angry evil spirit who has possessed the creepy animatronic characters.
“The kids embark on a thrilling and spooky adventure in order to survive the night and avoid becoming possessed themselves.”
Donavan Colan (“Zoe”), Dylan Frankel (“Raven’s Home”), Jaiden Smith (“Blue Bloods”) and Marissa Reyes (“Raven’s Home”) will also star.
