A brand new teaser trailer has dropped for Netflix’s upcoming horror ‘Bird Box Barcelona’ which is a brand new international spinoff movie set in the world of the original film (2018) and is set to arrive exclusively on Netflix on July 14th.
The trailer arrived via Entertainment Weekly, and it gives a glimpse into what fans can expect from the film, which is not a prequel to the original but an addition to the story that demonstrates the events in the original film were taking place all over the world at the same time.
According to the official synopsis: “After a mysterious force decimates the world’s population by causing all who see it to take their lives, Sebastian and his young daughter Anna must navigate their own journey of survival through the desolate streets of Barcelona. But as they form an uneasy alliance with other survivors and make their way toward a safe haven, a threat more sinister than the unseen creatures grows.”
