One of the most popular indie filmmakers to pop on the scene in the last few years is Ti West, known for his films such as ‘Pearl‘, ‘X‘, and the upcoming ‘MaXXXine‘ will see one of his older works play on the Screambox platform.
The 2011 supernatural flick ‘The Innkeepers’ has arrived on the horror streaming platform courtesy of MPI and Dark Sky Films.
According to the official synopsis: “The Yankee Pedlar Inn is in the process of closing. During its final weekend of operation, Claire and Luke are the only employees working. As avid ghost hunting enthusiasts, the pair toggle between checking in old guests and digging into the hotel’s haunted history to determine if the place is indeed haunted.”
The film stars Sara Paxton, Pat Healy and Kelly McGillis.
